Eric filled the following adjectives admirably: Fast, courteous. professional, prompt, very personable and responsive to my needs. He also made some helpful suggestions during the work that I will follow up on. He did 2 - 3 coats of painting, including oil & latex as was applicable to the area using top quality paint. This was done almost immediately after I agreed to the go - ahead & do it. Before I could more or less turn around, the work was completed with minimal disruption to my schedule.
