We had a new house build, and Applewood did most of the heating work, I was not extremely satisfied, so I was quite hesitant to order A/C from Applewood after. Finally I decided to go with the devil I know. Bob from sales was very helpful, and A/C was installed decently well - unfortunately it stopped working in 2 weeks. After long back-and-forth with customer support I managed to have someone to come over and take a look at the unit. They identified that A/C was leaking coolant, and redid the connection and topped up the coolant. It was good for another few weeks, but yesterday I noticed It stopped working again. The connection on A/C is oily with leaking coolant, so I assume the same problem happened again. I tried from the early morning to get in touch with live person in Applewood, and when I finally did, the gentleman said he will return my call once he looks up last service date, which he never did. Turns out Applewood closes all their operations (except sales - I was able to talk to sales guy) at noon on Friday. Any emergency service is non-existent. We have a heat wave coming over the weekend, and best I manged to get from the sales guy (Bob Ross) was that someone will try to contact me Monday morning. At this point I seriously regret going with Applewood.
