On the day after we moved into our new house we discovered a leak in a pipe running to basement. Called our realtor to recommend someone. Sunny came in to do a check and find out where the leak started from. Cost 100.00 to check and do estimate. He was very efficient and only opened walls under sinks to do the least amount of damage to find source of problem. Found leak between upper and middle floors. Quoted $600 and actually did job for less. Had to cut wall in master bedroom to repair pipe. Cut only size he needed and put back drywall so we could easily repair wall ourselves. Didn't try get rip us of in any way. Cleaned up afterwards, very helpfun and pleasant.

homestead movers did not talk to us in a pleasant manner or explain situations well. they could not get our boxspring up the stairs and offered to break the wall or break the boxspring. the mover was very unpleasant and rude. we found the moved to be very stressful and the movers were also stressed. our house was packed up and ready to go on the day of the move and we felt that they should have made our move stress free. they complained about the way we packed our belongings in different sized boxes though had not informed us that this is a problem in advance. it would have been better to do the job ourselves.
