Morningstar sold us our first home and it was not a good experience. Customer service was very poor, I called 10 times and it took a long time to have someone come to our home and look at the problem. We took possession at the end of December and by the time we moved in in January we still didn't have a microwave and other basic needs. We are still waiting for external painting to be done as well as some landscaping. The master ensuite was not done properly, we had special ordered a door but it was not installed and it took a huge hassle to try and get it fixed...we had to call a lawyer. Eventually we had to write a letter to the president of Morningstar Homes to get the problem fixed.
