We hired TLC to put a new roof on our house and install skylights. While installing the skylights they did not obtain proper building permits and compromised the structure of the roof. TLC also neglected to replace chimney cap resulting in rain damage to furnace. Roofing work commenced in June, but was not even substantially complete until October. TLC also damaged garden beds and did a very poor cleanup job of debris.
