Great service delivered very well by Luis! Highly recommend his attitude and skills -- hats off! Would have rated the company 5 stars had I not had to go to very detailed paper work demonstrating Boonstra's admin and management that the service issue is fully covered by contract. All this when outside was -18 Celsius (early March 2015)...Glad, in the end things, got back on track quickly and efficiently.
