We had bought a new home through the builder who put us onto built-in technologies for our hardware and home security services. We had the pleasure to deal with Mary from built in technologies. Mary was great in explaining the coverages in detail and explaining the cost for everything. We chose to upgrade the wiring as well as take the alarm services through grand alarms. Mary was great with following up with us for the services as well as explaining in depth the different types of coverage. She went above and beyond as she worked within our budget.
