We initially contacted Karl about some electrical outlet issues and a faulty gas oven. A email went out Friday night via HomeStars, and to our surprise, we received at call from him Saturday morning, letting us know that he would be able to help. He provided us with some upfront costs and what he would be doing once he got here. Karl was fantastic! He was incredibly professional, friendly and very methodical in his approach. He not only patiently pointed out that an off switch was the cause of our electrical outlet issues (how embarrassing), but he figured out what was wrong with the oven, ordered a part and was back on Monday to make the repair. To top off the great experience, we mentioned that the panel to our A/C was not working properly, so he sourced a new and user friendly panel from his truck, installed it and voila. All done.
