We had Genesis Landscape Solutions landscape our front and backyards. Scott and his team worked quickly and efficiently, and we are completely happy with the finished product! (plus, their price was one of the lowest of all the quotes we received!) We were disappointed, though, in their level of customer service. When they weren't able to start our project on the day he said (we later found out the reason was that they were running behind on another job), he did not contact us to let us know there would be a delay, so we arrived home after work thinking our yard would be done only to find that nothing had been started. Additionally, the team left some stuff by our parking pad in the backyard (big concrete chunks partly blocking our parking pad, planks, and leftover bricks). Scott assured us he would come by within the week to pick these up. It has now been two weeks and nothing has been removed. Finally, when I emailed Scott to express these concerns to him, he did not respond at all. I have also since emailed him again about picking up the concrete, etc - it's now been four days and no response. Long story short, the quality of their work was fantastic and they worked very quickly, however our overall experience has been seriously tainted due to the poor customer service we experienced.
