I had a full bathroom updated (tub, floor, vanity, toilet and tub surround) and vanity replacement in an en suite bathroom. I had picked up information about Lampert at a seniors trade show and I went to their showroom to check them out. I was attended to immediately by Lauren and I was very impressed with the materials on display. She showed me a range of products that might suit my needs and price point. We arranged a time for her to come to my condo and I had a quote that afternoon. They were very patient as I obtained other quotes and updated theirs based on changes I made as a result of discussions with other contractors. Their professionalism, responsiveness and competitive price led to my selection of Lampert to do the work. They were very accommodating of my personal schedule as we negotiated a date for the work to start and the work was completed slightly ahead of schedule. The workers knew their job, they were conscientious and cleaned up well (even asking for my vacuum to tidy up after using the common hallway outside my condo for a small part of the job due to space challenges within my suite). Lauren followed up with me the first day and the last day. I had one issue with installation of the vanity in the en suite following completion of the project which was addressed very promptly. I would definitely use their services again.
