Horrible! Called this company because of their same day service to check our leaking washer. The guy came, opened up the machine and looked. He said there is no sign of leak anywhere. We explained the leak was pretty bad because it damaged the floor of the adjoining bedroom. He turned on the machine to fill with water, waited for like 3-5 minutes and drained it. He said no leak anywhere and he charged us $75. I asked if we can call him back if we run the machine and get the leaking again. He said "what for". The guy obviously did not want to spend anymore time figuring out what was wrong with our washer. We were terribly disappointed! Never again will we call this company!
