We hired AGM to fully renovate our ensuite bathroom. We spent approximately $50. We were of to an excellent start being promised that they could deliver anything and everything we wanted. Well, that was not the case. First, the vanity we ordered was not available so we had to settle. Then there were issues with countertop, faucets, tiles, and baseboards. But what got me very disappointed was that the bathroom was not painted with Benjamin More paint as per our contract. And, I have a can from Lowes to prove it. When contacted for repairs, I was yelled at, Chris was rude, arrogant and dismissive of my concerns. He asked me what do you want me to do about?wellI want what I paid for and I wanted them to uphold their side of the contract. I did. All payments were made in full thinking this was a very reputable company since Mike Holmes guarantees their outstanding service. I was also pressured into proving positive reviews for 6 extra months of warranty. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the company and would not recommend them to anyone.
