The gentleman who initially came to quote was very nice, but then he was the owner. The movers were also nice. BUT, during the move, 2 boxes disappeared. Surprisingly, one was the box that contained my kids Wii. The result? I had to go out and buy another one. Was it the movers? I don't know. It could have been taken by several people along the way, but the feeling I had was that if it wasn't the movers, they didn't keep my belongings secure, while in their possession.

The initial consult was good, but from there things went downhill. The consultant was an interior designer and came up with some interesting options, but the installation and resulting product were not at all impressive. I had to call back and complain to simply have them finish the installation. In addition, the colours don't match, from cabinet to counter top.
