Merv in Windsor

Purchased a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank. I was happy with the installation process, and the installers left the area clean. The staff were very professional, and friendly and completed the work within the allotted two days. As prearranged, they returned the rented hot water tank back to Reliance. Bryant followed up two days after installation, to ensure all was working properly and to ensure I was not having any problems.

Bought an old house and the Energy Auditor recommended insulation be added to walls. Contacted Butch from Mr. Insulation, who quoted the price. Service was fast and the workers were pleasant. Had a problem with 2 of the walls. Butch promptly had the issue resolved. Butch was very pleasant and courteous and even came by to ensure that I was satisfied with the end results

Very happy with Rob's work, and had him come back to repair/replace additional items on a second list. Rob came out and quoted a price each time, and kept to his price quote. He was very pleasant, and if he felt the task could be completed more effectively by a different technique he suggested what he would recommend doing. He was flexible he was willing to pick up the items, or we could pick them up. Rob always showed up on time, and always told us when he would be back to continue the work. If we need other work done, we definitely call Rob back. It would be great if more people had Robs work ethic!

We researched various types of flooring options for our bedroom. The Cork House provided us with the opportunity to actually see a wide variety of products, set up and in use. We compared cork flooring with other big box companies and found the flooring being sold at the Cork House a superior quality. The staff encourage you to walk around and are eager to answer any questions/concerns.

Jim explained to us about solar panels and what our options were, the costs and he also assisted with filing the appropriate applications with the city and the electrical company. After the installation was completed he maintained contact with us to ensure that we were satisfied and continues to answer any questions and/or concerns that we have.

We went to the store to look at options for window treatments. Christine bent over backwards to ensure that we felt at ease, and went as far as to encourage us to come back with a cushion, a piece of the carpet, or a sample of the paint colour, so that we could make the appropriate choice. She showed us different options, took the time to work out costs, according to possible choices, and also told us what was on sale!!! This young lady takes pride in her job, and did not make us feel pressured.
