They aren't exactly the most professional, but they know carpets. The shopping experience for our custom runner was pleasant - they know what they are talking about - so it was easy to pick and pay. Then we waited, and waited, and no carpet. We finally got someone to measure. Then we waited, and waited, and no carpet. This is frustruating since we had paid a down payment...we were afraid our money was lost. But eventually they made good and we are pleased with our purchase. I recommend them for the patient :)

We recently enlisted SWAT's assistance in getting rid of a squirrel that had made its home in our roof. They came within a few days, on time, and were able to complete the job within an hour or so. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. My only issue was the price -- $400 seems like a lot of money to attach some screening and a trap door. I paid it and didn't shop around out of convenience only. I would shop around next time.

The level of detail was outstanding -- he thought of things that we did not and was very meticulous in ensuring the job was done right. He even came back to the house on several occasions when we have questions or had finally purchased that last light fixture. All of this good work is not done overnight. So if you are looking for a quick job, you should look elsewhere.
