Needed a new lock on my mailbox (lost my old key), Ali came in and replaced the lock, he also gave me three keys to the lock. The mailbox works great now. Was prompt and on time. Would recommend to others.
I found water leaking under my kitchen sink. Mainline came promptly to look at the problem. They admitted right away they did not have the parts to repair the issue, and installed extra control valves underneath the sink so I could turn water on back to the rest of my unit. They also directed me to where I could locate the replacement parts still under warranty. I am glad to see such honest servicemen. I would recommend again.
Large puddle of water under out washing machine. Dave came by, found the cause (Calcium build up), cleaned it and no problems since. Prompt, polite and courteous, I would recommend.
