United Energy was not the first HVAC Company I contacted. The first company I contacted was a no call for the first appointment and didn’t show up for the second appointment! To get a feel for United Energy, I reviewed the reviews here on Homestars website and spent time at their website. When I telephoned, the woman on the other end of the phone was very polite and friendly. I was directed to Eythan initially. We talked for a few minutes and at the first appointment was introduced to Michael. At my home we talked about what the job would encompass. They were off to a good start by arriving promptly when they said they would. I was given a fair estimate and was pleased to discuss money saving rebates. I liked that they did not pressure me. I didn’t feel as though they were out to just get a sale. I selected United Energy and they returned to take final measurements and for us to sign the paperwork. We agreed on a start date and the installers arrived on time with everything they needed to get the job done. They removed our old systems and even walked me and the wife through all we needed to know about the work and maintenance. We were very satisfied with the whole experience
