Worked with a hydronics person in Canada to get their system approved for install in Canada. Provided a great product at a great price. Detailed instructions provided for DIY or professional installation. Offered much advice in the best design of the system, explaining cost/benefit tradeoffs with no pressure sales.

I have used this company for various projects up to about 12 years ago (when they were operating under a different name but the same owner, Peter Tanas....)My most recent project was ICF done in several pours at different temperatures. I relied on them to get the right product/slump. They assured me they knew the product - and they were right! Their pump man Dave also offered much useful advice during the pours. Very helpful and the end results were excellent.

Worked to excavate a house and workshop that had 7 levels of excavation (instead of the normal 2) He was a joy to watch work, smooth, competent. Gave lots of suggestions on exactly how to do it to avoid problems down the road. I WILL use him again.
