This is the worst, the very worst company that I've ever had to deal with. They charged over $700 to remove 2 water coolers, calling it a removal and refurbishment charge. One was so old and broken it was ready for the dump not refurbishment. When most companies want 30 days cancellation City Water wants 6 months or charges 3 months rental after coolers are gone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are lots of other much more reputable water cooler companies around to lease from. To top it all the water out of their coolers tasted like sewage water they never serviced them properly.
