I would like to start off by saying our sales experience was fine, but when it came to deal with the delivery and service department things went down hill. We have triy to purchased and support local businesses in the area but Valley Squire need to have a look at their service department and General manager as they do not have any professionalism and do not understand what customer service is..I do not want to go into great detail on my experience needless to say is was less than postive. Its a shame when consumers have to deal with such rude unprofessional staff,the owners of this business really need to change some of their employees. Would not not purchase at Valley Squire strictly due to the support staff.
