An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Dear Marlin I just want to say how fantastic my new window treatments look!! You came into my home and listened to what I wanted to accomplish with my blinds and then recommended some choices. I chose a fabric blind for my bay windows in a dark mocha color that matched my walls. They added so much more warmth and elegance to our room. You recommended a roll up sun shade for my office so I could achieve my goal of deflecting glare while working while still allowing me outside vision. The perfect solution for my needs there as well. My husband was not there when I picked out and ordered the blinds so he was very impressed seeing my choices when you came to install them.
