We ordered a garden door and paid for it in advance as requested,which I will not do again as it gave us no leverage when after many excuses the door arrived 3 weeks late. The door was not the correct colour, the grills in the window were not what we ordered and the frame for the screen was unprimed wood. We had a contractor doing some work and could not wait to reorder so had to install it as was. After many many phone calls and many months, the supplier came and changed the window grills. Saskatoon Door has done absolutely nothing to correct anything else and have ignored all calls and requests. A very expensive disappointment. I would never recommend them to anyone.
