My basement was pretty leaky and had that mildewy smell. We had just bought this house and we knew the gutters needed serviced.when I called 2 or 3 other companies, they came by, gave free estimates, and were quoting me prices of over $2,300, which everyone I told thought was absurd. The gutter/roofing companies all told me that there were some replacements that needed done. The cleaning AND repairs alone were over 1k . No guards. Then I stumbled across Ralph. He came over, inspected the roof and gutters. Assured me no replacements were needed. Just repairs. He finished up the job with his grand son in 2 days, his grandson was his helper. They trimmed down some.tree.branches too and took care of some moss On the end of my roof. They cleaned up all the mess. He even offered me payment options since we were broke from buying the house and had invested $ into other things for the house, like we needed a new washer dryer set and stove since we had moved from an apartment. so we are almost done paying him off. My basement is nice and dry now. mildew smell has been gone for a while now.No issues with the gutters. The guards look good and blend in. We appreciate him trusting us to make payments. When I explained how the other gutter places said we needed repairs, he kind of chuckled and assured me they only needed repaired in a few spots, which he took care of. He's great and has been in business since the 90s. I have never found anything negative about him on the internet. Honest, cool, professional guy. Prices are more than fair. Don't waste $ elsewhere.
