From the very beginning, she impressed us with her efficiency, prompt replies to our always querying e-mails, information, advice, answers — all offered with humour and understanding of our situation. Andrew, our installer, was amazing. His work was outstanding and, equally important, he was prompt, respectful, patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, an amazing teacher to the guys he was training, and a great problem solver (something that was needed when he realized that the finished countertop did not quite match the template). From start to finish, our relationship with Select Granite Tops was marked by outstanding customer service and a true dedication to making sure their customers are happy with their work. To top it off, their quote was the lowest of the three quotes we received. Even if they had been more expensive, they would have been worth it. Getting a beautiful countertop and being treated so well would have been worth the price.
