New Window... In late November 2014 I had a new window installed. There was no previous window on the wall where I wanted the new window so I had companies come in and provide me with advice on options, feasibility, and approximate price. Ray had completed some work for my in-laws so I decided that he would be one of the companies I would request advice from. Long story short...he was the only person who really seemed to care enough to sit down with me, explain what my options were, and walk me through the whole process of opening up a wall and installing a new window. He even tolerated all the kids running around and trying to talk to him...(sorry about that Ray). I wish I had used him when I had the other windows and doors in my house replaced years ago. Needless to say, when the time comes again to have any other work done, Ray will be the first person I call. Just meet him and you will understand my kind words in this review!

Thank you very much for this review as every review helps reinforce our position in the window replacement industry. No worries about the kids but I really did appreciate the offer for a slice of pizza on the final day of install which I should have happily accepted as we actually had a power outage in my area of residence and ended up having a late dinner.
