Roy was great! He was punctual and very pleasant to deal with.We had some great conversation as well. I called him due to a plug in our drains which I wanted cleaned out. He explained how our pipes worked and the problems that may occur if we cleaned them blindly. He then brought his pipe cam and we had them checked out. They were actually in excellent shape and the clog was better dealt with in a different way. Roy explained to me what had caused our clog in the first place and made some recommendations as to how to prevent similar problems in the future. I highly recommend Roy for his honesty and the peace of mind that brings.
