Work date 2004: Scope of work was bathroom reno. I asked for a reference and they sent me an OK response/summary of some bathroom work they'd done for someone. Hot/Cold water to the shower was plumbed back to front and sink mounted so it couldn't be tightened up and silicone used to try to hold the sink in place
