Seems that the unit that was sold to us was DEFECTIVE & service has been abysmal. Our roof is leaking from the installation and the unit continues to fail to provide cool air in summer and warm air in winter. We continue to to warm our home with space heaters even after being told we have the best sstem available in our price range.
