After a windy rainstorm, a strip of shingles were blown off our roof. Michael from Quality First Roofing did an excellent repair in a safe and timely fashion. I feel that his approach was methodical and clear. The cost was normal and expected. We appreciated the system that his business uses: a central call reception to exchange preliminary details, followed later, within 24 hours, by a telephone call to further the arrangements.
