Pete did an exceptional job designing and building our laneway house. He stayed on time and on budget, which in a time of supply chain shortages and rising costs of materials, is a miracle. He put his heart and soul into every aspect of the build, from the drawings to obtaining the permits, to hiring reliable and professional trades. Pete was very responsive to our questions and always maintained peace with any annoyed neighbours. Our laneway house was rented within one weekend! Thank you.
