An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

The staff and the installers were all great. I chose Brock Doors & Windows after eliminating four different installation companies. I was impressed with Brock's presentation and their quality of windows. They came on time to take measurements; they were on time for the installation, too. The installation was done professionally and I have no complaints. The installers cleaned up impeccably well. I am happy that my windows no longer fog up even in cold weather
