When my daughter went to grab something in the basement one night she discovered that the carpet was completely soaked. The sump pump was not working and the entire basement was covered in water. Restoration 1 came to our home almost immediately after we called them and were fantastic to deal with. They were quick to remove the sitting water, removed the carpet and wet pad and were courteous and tried to make the situation as pleasant as possible. They then proceeded to setup their equipment and within a few days everything was dry. We are extremely grateful to have run into this incredible team of professionals.
