Not sure, but I had the best experience with Eastforest Homes. Sure, there were some hiccups on the construction side due to the trades they have hired, but everything was resolved smoothly. I had the same issue as Nick with water leaking through the vent. Turned out that the brick was actually porous, not mortar joints or the seal, the actual brick. I was amazed how committed they were to finding the leak. All in all super happy with my house and the service I've received.
