Hired him to build a garage. Price was fair and work took a lot longer than told. Left a big mess ex. Nails, siding clippings, shingles in yard. ( I have had sever flat tires due to nails in my own drive way. In addition, In Under a year the garage door broke off the rails because the cables were not installed properly and I received no help but a $80 dollar/hour quote.
