Made several attempts to change contact information, such as cell phone numbers and other persons to contact if any alarms occurred. I have sent change of notice by mail, courier, email (to my alarm installer) and by phone. One year later no changes have been done, but still getting billed by this company, I’m going to another monitoring company.
