We moved within the City of Calgary in August 2009. The move went well and the initial person we dealt with, D'Arcy, was great. However, he was apparently "fired" from the company and we had to deal with the General Manager, Austin, who was not as pleasant to deal with. I would not recommend this company simply because of him, although he did finally show more flexibility than was initially the case. Don't make the mistake we made. Go with a certified company through the Better Business Bureau and check out their site before choosing a moving company.

I would like to say I really hope that this customer is not D'Arcy or one of his friends that is upset with the company due to personal reasons. Since I have taken over the company we have gone 4 months without any damages and are being refered by everyone we move, so for there to be this "problem" it kinda of strikes me as funny.
