First of all Frances who takes your calls and responds to your e mails is amazing. It doesn't matter if you are need additional information or arrangements, she is always pleasant and helpful, and gets the job done in a timely manner. My mother is elderly and very difficult to please, but this year she has been so pleased with Lindsey, who has been so consistent in the cutting her lawn, recently even with all the leaves that were on the ground after a windstorm, he went over and above to cut the lawn and blow as many leaves as he could off the the side. Being that she is housebound he has made the only view of her backyard so pleasant over the last year. Thank you
