I would like to share my full satisfaction from a recent project I trusted to Alec and his team and from Master Deck. Alec is a true professional and a Master carpenter / designer who knows what he does. Not only he provided many inputs to improve our thoughts during the design process (without being pushy or upselling!), he delivered and finished the project on time. His quality of work will meet and exceed any expecations and his meticulous attention to details is what separate him from many others. It would not do justice not to mention his excellent customer service. He openly welcomed a minor change to the original plan (before being too late) with such a welcoming attitude that we appreciated. I will certainly recommend Alec to anyone I know and all readers in this blog. Quality of work, excellence in design, on time delivery and implementation aside, Alec and his team are very professional and pleasant to work with.
