Aden the technician came to the house on time on a snowy Sunday morning. He was very pleasant and courteous and made a real effort to listen to us and help. He replaced a starter very quickly and charged a reasonable amount. He said to call him if any more problems with the freezer appeared. Later that day we noticed it wasn't working properly and we gae him a call. He said he would be able to come out the next day around noon. When he came he quickly found the issue and gave me a quote. We decided it was not worth it. He told us he would give us a refund for the previous work and only charge us for the diagnostic. This was very fair and we agreed. It's so nice to find an appliance repair company that is honest and truly values customer relations. We highly recommend this company. Thank you Aden.
