In 2005 I put my property on the market after 5 years of renting it to a family. Unfortunatly, the house was not returned to me in good condition. It was the house from hell - from bad paint jobs to pet soiled carpets. I had a two week holiday in which to turn the house around. Sharon was amazing. She orgainsed trades people to re-paint, re-landscape and re-carpet. And when that was completed, Sharon staged the home and I put it on the market. The house sold in three weeks.
