A simply addition to existing cottage; contractor did approx. $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 damage documented by expert engineers to fix damage; workmanship did not meet building code standards; so many deficiencies that were unresolved. The floor for the new addition and the original structure didn't even meet up. Timelines came and went. Passes himself off as a contractor; I don't believe he had the knowledge to do the job, although I thoroughly checked our his credentials before signing a contract. Had to bring in another contractor to resolve the issues and took legal action against Tyler Grondin and To A T Carpentry. I would never recommend this individual or company to anyone.
