In June we called Natural Choice Heating & Cooling for an estimate for a Trane Furnace and AC and installation. We rec’d an estimate for both the Trane and Goodman HVAC systems. In early July we rec’d an estimate for a communicating system from Goodman, furnace, AC and thermostat which was a special promotion to Natural Choice from Goodman. We decided to go for it as it was a lot cheaper than the Trane HVAC or the other Goodman HVAC. On July 24th Luke and Trevor arrived at 9 am on the dot and proceeded to install the new HVAC system and remove our old system. Both were friendly and worked diligently until the system was done and working properly. We found out later that the AC unit was noisy and we could hear it in the house. We emailed our concerns to Natural Choice and James answered back almost immediately and after a couple of visits to fine tune the AC, seems to have resolved our concerns. We’d like to thank Natural Choice for their services and would recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.
