what an awful experience. spent a huge sum of money to buy an estate home thats incomplete. with poor fit and finish, an awful amount of damaged and or repaired goods, poor customer care and follow up now that they have my money and insincere promises to rectify problems. all this despite ample opportunity and many on site visits to express concerns and expectations. no sense of urgency with this group. a call to the GM wasn't even returned. I could write 10 pages full of issues and un kept promises. don't think twice but 3 or 4 times about this builder.
