This was my 1st home inspection and it was a great experience having John walk me through the process. He was very informative, detailed, down to earth and did not speak over my head. I asked a lot of questions and John answered ALL of them very throughly. He made a very stressful situation a very calm and relaxing one. I would not hesitate to recommend John and Welcome Home Inspections to anyone!! I will be calling him again in 3 yrs to re-asses my roof. Thank you again John!!
