Our dryer had been making this hideous squeaking sound for about 2 weeks. We finally decided to call and get it fixed, but were looking same-day service. Vlad wasn't able to make it, but was able to come the next day after 5:30pm. For someone that works 9-5, those are some magic words. He basically took my entire dryer apart (while it was still stacked!) and fixed the noise. He explained what happened, and what will need to be done to prevent it in the future. He initially told me it was $65 for the visit, which I thought would be the starting point. After he had put the dryer back together and showed that it was working perfectly, he still maintained it was $65. I would have gladly paid double for the service quality and the scheduling flexibility.
