I think it would be helpful if they tould you that your warranty starts the day you order and pay not the delivery day. We waited forever and only ended up with a stove after 5 months. The head office was of no help because they said it was a private store not corporate. If they use there name they should be a lot more helpful. I will never purchse or recomend this chain to anyone.
