Terrible service. They barely scratch the surface when it comes to carpet cleaning and they over charge you saying they ve removed stains for you which was NOT TRUE in my case. Kosta showed up a little late was rushing at my place in an effort to get done and leave to his next job. He barely put in the minimum effort in cleaning my carpet and did not even try to remove any stains, but then overcharged me saying that he s removed stains ....it was very clear that he just wanted an extra 30 dollars for himself. my carpet still dirty and I do not recommend them to any one!!!

This review is absolutely unfair. While being quoted over phone customer didn't mentioned about extra room which added the price. Before starting the job customer was notified that bad stains (red and yellow) are more likely not removable and she approved the service to go ahead, all dirtiness has been removed except unremovable color stains which is understandable for every common sense customer. Carpet cleaners are not magicians and there is no miracles. Advertised price is for regular carpet cleaning and includes general stains removal, not special stains and my website clearly explains it.
