We were ready to replace all the windows on our cottage and has asked Rona to give us a quote. They came very quickly to see our cottage but never provided us with a quote. All our telephone calls to them were ignored and even when we called the manager to complain no one bothered to call us back. We would not recommend this store to anyone.
