Hardwood flooring installer was very rough, did not even examine the floor prior to throwing down hardwood sections readying to install. Worst contractor I have ever dealt with. Despite our requests to be more careful there was damage to newly decorated surfaces. Stair carpeting was incorrectly installed, and final version is still mismatched colour.
