Hot water tank died on us. We phone them they had a guy over in about 10 minutes to look at it, and then about 30 minutes later had the Installer show up with a new tank. He pulled out all the old plumbing and replaced it with new pipes. All with a flate rate no hourly cost or hidden fees, the cost they said on the phone was the price we paid
